We are running this event alongside the Oktoberfest mountain bike endurance event which takes place the day before at the same site and we are sharing facilities with them throughout the weekend.

TOILETS / SHOWERS
We are using the facilities of the Bristol Cathedral Choir School playing fields, which include toilets, changing rooms and HOT showers.

WATER
Drinking water will be available but supplies are limited. We recommend that riders bring enough drinking water for the duration of the event. There will be a water station within the Transition area for competitors to use during the race too.

FOOD / DRINK
Food caterers and tea / coffee retailers will be on site throughout the weekend. There is also a bar operating on Saturday night.

SECURE BAGGAGE
We will be providing a manned secured baggage area for you to leave your kit whilst competing, details and luggage tags will be at registration on the day.

SPECTATORS
We will have spectator maps available at registration highlighting the course and the best places on the course to watch (and how to get there).

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
We have a professional photographers supplied by www.rightplacerighttime.co.uk at the event capturing you whilst taking part in the event, all photos will be available to buy after the event.

CAR PARKING
Car parking is on the hardcore approach road within Ashton Court. This is hardstanding and all weather but the later you arrive, the further you’ll have to walk to the event village. This could be up to 15mins walk so please allow for this when getting ready etc. If the weather is good and ground conditions permitting, there will be closer parking available in the field right next to the event village.

CAMPING:
We will have a campground, which will be located next to the start / finish area and event village.
The cost per pitch (5m x 5m) is £4 per night per pitch. The pitches should be big enough for a car and a 2 – 3 person tent. Please note – spaces at the campground are limited and we have access restrictions, so make sure you enter early and reserve your pitch ASAP to avoid disappointment. We cannot guarantee that you can camp if you haven’t pre-booked. To book please tick the correct boxes on the entry form and (depending on the day you enter) add the correct amount to your entry fee.
You can camp on Friday and Saturday night. The campground has to be cleared by all campers by 4pm on Sunday afternoon.

If you have an oversize vehicle, caravans, marquees, easy-ups or gazebos that you want to bring with you, please get in touch with us on 0117 9532698 / 07834 005835 or email: paul@bike-fest.com

Thank you for your co-operation!
