On the day entries will be available for a small surcharge and are subject to space – to be sure of your place in the event, we strongly advise you to enter in advance as we can only accept limited numbers!

Please make sure that you add an email address of every competitor on the entry form – please make sure we can read it as it makes our job so much more straightforward.
If you are entering from abroad please let us know once you have transferred the money so that we can check from this end. Once we have received both entry form and fee we will confirm your entry by email.
The entry fee includes:
Ride entry, free usage of all facilities inc showers, finishers gift and free parking.
The entry fee is inclusive of VAT.

British Triathlon Federation membership:
If you are not holder of a British Triathlon Federation membership than a day membership (cost £3) will be added to the entry fee. Please add the day membership fee to your entry fee to avoid being asked to pay on the event day. Only if you can show a valid British Triathlon Federation membership card when you sign on will you be able to enter the event without paying the extra £3. There is will no card payment available at registration.
Cancellation policy:
You can cancel up to and including a week before the event. Your entry fee minus £5 (handling fee) will be returned. If you have to cancel in the week leading up to the event then we will not be able to pay your entry fee back or transfer your entry to another event. However, entries can be transferred to a different person. Entries can not be transferred to the next year.
Day entries:
Entries to all events will be handled on a first come first served basis. Entries are limited – if any spaces are still available, entry on the day is possible between 8am-9.30am but will be subject to a £3 surcharge (per rider if solo, or per pair depending on your category). Make sure you enter now to save yourself some money and keep the hassle on the day and queuing time at registration to a minimum.
