Fancy making a weekend of it? Then why not try the MTB relay race the day before – Oktoberfest is a fun but challenging 4hr-8hr race taking place on Sat 11th October 2014.

Following the overwhelming feedback about the event last year, which included a ‘Bavarian’ twist, Oktoberfest returns with the 8hr and two 4hr-riding format with a few surprises up its sleeve for you. For example, we will have a ‘comfort station’ serving coffee, tea, biscuits, etc. on tab for the riders when they finish their lap as well as well a few more Bavarian undertones thrown into the mix.
We will also have a great musical line-up, with live music and DJs running from early evening until late into the night on Friday and Saturday. On top of that we will also have a broad selection of the latest bikes and kit, which will be available for testing on the day.

The concept of the event is similar to the Bristol Bikefest but reduced in hours due to the shorter daylight hours. So we will be running an 8hr event and mixed in with that we will have two 4hr events. This should give everybody lots of options to bring the season to a well-deserved yet fun packed end. It is also just a one-day event so that we can all concentrate on the riding followed by a well-deserved finishing party.

All events can be ridden as solo entries, pairs or teams of 3 – 4 riders.
