The ability of the mind to overcome and generate reality through belief fascinates me. The placebo effect is a proven phenomena that seems to be overlooked despite its unexplained success.
The magic pill represents the answer. Our human need for a quick-fix solution to a problem allows us to disregard any undesirable effect in favor of immediate gratification.

‘The Magic Pill’ is an abstract piece designed on computer and then laser-cut in stainless-steel, acrylic and 6mm MDF. The MDF is then HVLP sprayed for a smooth finish. The frame is cedar wood which has been Waxed with amber tinted OSMO Oil.
