Red Enamel Poppy Brooch

Description

Copper enamel flower poppy pin has been cut, filed & sanded from copper sheet.

Deep red enamel powder has been carefully applied to the front and back of the piece and then kiln fired.
This process is repeated up to six or seven times until the required effect is achieved.

Each flower is counter enameled to prevent warping.
A sterling silver tie tack is soldered to the back fo rsecure fastening to garments.

Measurement – approx 25mm in diameter

These flower brooches look fabulous worn pinned to scarves, coats bags etc.
