Crow Wall Art – Crow-shaped wall hanging.

This is a wood engraving of a crow or raven on birch wood. To make this, I made an ink drawing and then used a laser to engrave the drawing into the wood and cut it into the shape of the raven. I then filled the engraved area with a deep violet (almost black) ink. Then I applied a protective lacquer which brings out the richness of colour and grain in the wood. There is a loop on the back to hang it.

Measurements: Approx 10in wide, 8 1/2in tall, 6mm thick.
