Most of our designs are custom-based. We do also have several ‘standard catalogue’ products which meet our customers’ requirements. Catalogue detectors generally have a range of options including dead layer window (implant/window types), metal coverage, silicon / diamond thickness and package type.
We sometimes have production overruns, creating excess stocks.

LHC pushes limits of performance-
