Reason for the return/exchange or cancellation
You have 28 days from date of purchase to return your item to the seller.
All returns must be sent back to the seller based in the UK.
We will contact the seller on your behalf to inform them of the return and will provide you with the returns address and more information on how to proceed.
All items returned to the seller must have all the original packaging and be in re-salable condition it must not of been used, washed, worn or damaged in any way. Any items that fail to meet this criteria will not be accepted and a refund will not be given.
What items cannot be returned
Unless faulty, customised items, personalised items, made-to-order items, toiletries, earrings for pierced ears or personal items with a hygiene seal (such as cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken cannot be returned.
Return postage cost
The cost of returning the item to the seller is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise that you return the parcel via ‘Signed For’ delivery service and keep proof of postage in the event of a lost parcel.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the seller has confirmed with us they have received your returned parcel, we will then process your refund on behalf of the seller directly back to your original paying account in no more than 14 days after the day the product is received by the Seller; or if sooner, 14 days after the date the evidence is provided that it has been returned.
In the event of a cancellation where no goods have been sent by the seller, then the customer will receive a refund within 14 days after the day on which they informed Kraft Space with the request for cancellation.
For customers in the UK and EU the original postage value will be fully refunded, for international buyers the original postage cannot be refunded.
