Pre made logo for personalisation.

Files Include:

Eps (A vector file which is scalable so can be made any size without losing quality)

PNG (A  file with a transparent background for easy application on top of other images)

JPEG (Flat on white background for print and online use)  

Changes include:

Changes to the text only

Process:

Add the logo to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, on ‘order notes’, please include the name you want the text changed to. Our design team will then email you a proof for approval and then send final files after it’s been approved.

(Be aware email service providers can sometimes place our emails into spam so please check your spam box if you have not received our response)

Please Note:

This item will be resold and therefore is not a one-of-a-kind (OOAK). However you make it your own, when you choose to customise the logo with your name.

Shipping:

All products are digital files sent to an email address only.

Lost Files:

We only keep your files on our system for 30 days after they have been sent to you. It is your responsibility save your files and keep them safe. If you do lose your files after 30 days, there will be a £15 fee to restore from our backed up systems.

Refunds and Exchanges:

We only email digital, customised files, therefore, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Time Zones:

We are UK based, due to time zone differences we may not respond straight away but we’ll do our best to get back to you within 48hrs, note that busy times can result in up to 4 working days response time.

Abandoned purchase:

If the client does not respond to a proof within 30 days the project will be deemed abandoned and files deleted from the computers. There will be a £15 recovery fee for pre made logos should the client decide to return.

Fonts:

Due to licensing restrictions, we cannot supply the font and all text will be outlined.

IMPORTANT

All pre made items will be made available again for others to customise and purchase.

Pre-Made items cannot be trademarked.

We cannot be held responsible for any type errors once approved by the client.

We cannot be held responsible for the colour variations you may see between computer devices or printers.

As these are pre-made logos and are made to be affordable, in some circumstances stock imagery has been used. Skill and effort has been applied to incorporate any stock imagery into a larger design and may just make up ‘part’ of the logo, not the whole logo.

On receipt of purchasing you gain the rights to use this logo for personal use only. This logo can not be trademarked as it is not one-of-a-kind, it may contain stock imagery and it will be resold by us.
