Shipping charges will vary dependant upon product and individual shop shipping rates.

Many items on Kraft Space are handmade to order and can take weeks to make, please check you are happy with the dispatch times before ordering.

For UK orders – Items are dispatched from the United Kingdom and delivery will be made using either first or second class or via a courier – please refer to the product description for more information or contact the seller from the contact form in their shop if you are unsure.

For International orders – Items are dispatched from the United Kingdom and are shipped via airmail or via a courier. To request tracked delivery please contact the seller directly from the contact form in their shop.

Please note import taxes may apply, and you will be responsible for that payment on receiving your order.

Multiple orders
If you have ordered products from multiple shops on Kraft Space, then each item will be dispatched separately, meaning that you may receive your orders on different days in separate packages.

For UK orders – if your package has not arrived within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact the seller directly from the contact form in their shop

For International orders – if your package has not arrived within 14 business days after dispatch, please contact the seller directly from the contact form in their shop.
