RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase then I am happy to offer a refund or exchange provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging and you have contacted me within 21 days of delivery. I will refund you the cost of your purchase minus postage costs once I have received the item back.
I take great care in packaging your items, but in the event of your item arriving damaged in transit or is faulty, I will refund the total amount, including postage, once I received the item back and within the 21 day threshold, or on request resend you a replacement.
Unfortunately I cannot except earrings back due to hygiene reasons, unless they have been damaged in transit.
SHIPPING
I ship items in 1-3 days after payment has been received. This may be extended at busier times. So please double check if you need your item quickly.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and with Proof of Postage. For Europe and US, parcels are delivered via Tracked Airmail (not signed).

Please be aware that these time scales are approximate and once posted any delays or strikes that the postal service might have will be out of my control.
Please also be aware that I ship from the UK and customers outside of the EU are responsible for any customs charges set by their own country.
I will not mark parcels as ‘gifts’ on customs labels as this is illegal.
LOST ITEMS
In line with the Royal Mail ‘lost mail’ policy, items are not considered lost in the UK until 15 Working days after expected delivery date and 25 days for the US
